Progressive, personalized training to build postural strength, prevent curve progression, and boost confidence—guided by a trainer who lives with scoliosis herself.
HK$600 assessment (60 mins, parent must attend): We'll assess your child's curve type, movement limitations, and create a personalized strengthening plan.
Sometimes it just helps to have a coach that's been through the same struggles you're currently facing & and share the breakthroughs:
I get the pain you feel. Sometimes just existing - lying down, sitting, moving - just hurts. And you're not sure what to do and feel helpless
People telling you, "oh, it's just a sore back, ok... do some stretching & yoga"
The frustration when your trainer/ physio tells you to "just" strengthen your weak side, and stretch your tight areas
Clothing doesn't sit right, and you're conscious about wearing things that would highlight your scoliosis
When your child was diagnosed, you were probably told:
"Monitor it and come back in 6 months"
"Do some stretches and breathing exercises"
"If it gets worse, we'll consider bracing or surgery"
But here's what research shows:
Targeted strength training can:
Help prevent curve progression by building postural strength and stability
Reduce pain that comes with scoliosis
Improve body awareness so your child can hold better alignment
Build confidence to participate in sports and activities safely
This isn't physiotherapy. This is progressive, personalized strength training designed specifically for your child's curve type
I work beyond just breathing exercises and stretches—we build REAL strength

✅ Wants to feel taller, more confident, and able to hold themselves in good postural alignment
✅ Needs a PLAN that is progressive—not just breathing exercises and stretches forever
✅ Is ready to put in the work daily to address their imbalances
1. I Have Scoliosis Too
I'm not just a trainer who's read about scoliosis—I live with it [1]. I understand the physical pain, the self-consciousness, and the frustration of people saying "just stretch" [1]. This shared experience helps me connect with clients on a deeper level.
2. Corrective Exercise Specialization
With experience in both gym and clinical settings, I specialize in guiding individuals through challenges such as chronic pain, mobility issues, and building strength and balance. My tailored programs focus on optimizing movement, enhancing mobility, and improving flexibility—all while addressing each client's unique needs.
3. Personalized to Your Child's Curve Type
No two scoliosis curves are the same. I assess your child's specific curve pattern, movement limitations, and pain triggers—then create a customized plan that addresses THEIR body, not a generic "scoliosis protocol."
4. Focus on Long-Term Strength & Independence
My goal isn't to have your child dependent on me forever. It's to teach them to be the expert in their own spine so they can exercise confidently on their own.

As someone who has experienced the challenges of scoliosis for much of my adult life, I have often felt dismissed by the medical industry, which failed to address my condition meaningfully. I was diagnosed at 13 and referred to a specialist clinic for children, where the approach was simply to "monitor progress" and engage in "gentle" exercises like yoga and swimming.
For years, scoliosis was an afterthought until my 20s, when I began a sedentary corporate job. By 2017, chronic pain was affecting my mood and physical well-being daily, worsened by the necessity of sitting for eight hours a day. I found temporary relief through foam rolling, massage, and occasional yoga and swimming, but these methods yielded inconsistent results.
Desperate for help, I sought relief from chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and Chinese bone setters, only to experience varying degrees of temporary relief. Caught in a vicious cycle of reliance on these treatments, I realized I was spending my entire income and savings on this unending cycle of passive care.
Determined to find a better approach, I sought out proactive solutions. I recognized the need to break free from the passivity of medical practitioners who offered no clear plan for improvement. For a time, I accepted the belief that I would have to live the rest of my life—over 60 years—with chronic pain, and that it would likely worsen.
However, everything changed when I found the right coaches to help me train and grow stronger, despite doctors advising against lifting heavy objects. Now, I am much happier and able to live without constantly worrying about my pain.
Miraculously, through a combination of manual therapy with a scoliosis specialist and appropriate training, my curvature has lessened, and I can support my posture more effectively.
I know that my early feelings of hopelessness and negative experiences are shared by many others. I want you to know that there is hope out there; it’s just a matter of finding the right help. Please reach out to see how I can help you on your journey! 💖
