1.1 Session Credits & Expiration
Clients may purchase a package of training sessions ("Session Credits"), which can be used flexibly within a specified expiration period.
1.2 Flexible Usage
Session Credits may be used at the client's convenience, provided they are redeemed within the validity period.
1.3 Booking & Cancellations
Clients must book sessions in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will result in the loss of that session credit.
1.4 Expiration & Non-Refundable Policy
Session Credits must be used within the expiration period, starting from the date of purchase. Unused session credits will expire after this period and cannot be refunded or carried over.
1.1 Subscription Plans & Commitment
Clients may choose a subscription plan based on the number of sessions per week (referred to as "Weekly Sessions"). A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required for recurring subscriptions.
1.2 Session Entitlement & Carryover Policy
Clients are entitled to a fixed number of sessions each week. If a client does not attend a scheduled session, that session will be forfeited. However, up to two (2) sessions may be carried over to the following month, subject to the trainer’s availability.
1.3 Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients must schedule their Weekly Sessions in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will result in the loss of that session.
1.4 Billing & Payments
Subscriptions will be billed monthly in advance on the same date each month. Clients must maintain an active subscription to utilize their Weekly Sessions.
1.5 Subscription Freeze Policy
If you are going away, please provide at least three (3) business days' notice to process your request. Each subscription includes one free freeze (ranging from 1 to 4 weeks). Additional freezes beyond this period will incur a fee of $50 per week, with no maximum freeze duration. Medical exceptions are always assessed on a case-by-case basis
1.6 Subscription Termination
To cancel your subscription, please provide at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date.
