Jacqueline Chan helps women in their 40s and beyond build real strength — many for the first time in their lives. Whether you're new to lifting and want to build bone density and muscle safely, or you're managing chronic pain, scoliosis, or an old injury, her programs are built around your body, not a generic template.
With experience in both gym and clinical settings, Jacqui specializes in guiding clients through chronic pain, mobility limitations, and the specific challenge of building strength safely later in life. Her own experience managing scoliosis gives her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to train around a special condition — physically and mentally — which is often the piece missing when nothing else has worked.
Jacqui's programs focus on optimizing movement, building strength, and improving mobility and flexibility, with proper form and alignment as the foundation for everything. She holds certifications in corrective exercise, rehabilitative movement, and scoliosis-specific training (SpineCor, Rehab-U, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist), alongside training in older-adult strength progression and the mental wellbeing side of movement.
Located in Central, Hong Kong, Jacqui works with clients dealing with scoliosis, chronic pain, injuries, low bone density, and anyone starting strength training later in life who wants to do it safely. In her free time, she balances gym sessions with partner acrobatics, yin yoga, and handstand training.
Contact Jacqueline today to begin building real strength, safely, at any stage of life.
